Threat of Apocalypse. A magic kid. A serial killer.
Nice right?
Look, many of you will like this book. Some of you will probably love it. I tried very hard to feel one of those two things.
Sure, the third act is great, if you're willing to go through a very slow moving plot for about 300 pages to get there.
To put it simply, this book just wore me out, which is why this review is even shorter than they normally are.
Regardless, I do have Wanderers on my shelf and I do intend to read it. After all, I'm an optimist.
Grade: C
The Book of Accidents is released on July 20th from Del Rey.
