Don't be misled by the cover art, which (I admit) is pretty cool. I'd hate for you to assume that this might be some run-of-the-mill Cannibal Holocaust/Ferox/Fulci rip-off.
It isn't. But...it is another shift in style for Lutzke, who has made a name for himself by writing some of the best emotional/character-driven stories in the indie horror scene. And now here is a.... grindhouse-style cannibal story?
Well, yes...and no. You will have to read it to find out what I mean.
Not a typical Lutzke story (and I can't get enough of those), but it's a fast-moving and original piece of cannibal literature (ha..."cannibal literature").
