I was going to save some cash and wait for the e-book, but the cover was great, it sounds like a follow-up to King's THE MAN IN THE BLACK SUIT, and I had a CD coupon, so I bit. Really looking forward to reading it.

Well Palaver is a term used in the Dark Tower books quite a bit and the outfit of the man is very similar to a Low Man so it may not be what you were looking forward to...

Well, sometimes a palaver is just a palaver, and sometimes a man named Richard Farris in a black suit is not just a man...

With an audible version read by the talented Maggie Siff (from Sons of Anarchy and Billions), an extra short story, and an interview, I just cancelled my Kindle pre-order and ordered the audio edition instead.  For only $2 more, why not?!

Order info here.

And does the audio version really come out two weeks ahead of the print version?  If so, it's an even better deal.

It looks awesome, but will it really be released in May? 😏

Just for the record: Preorders started shipping last week, well ahead of the originally announced May 30 publication date. The new pub date is May 16.
